Indian style Egg Omelett
In India most of the people prefer egg omelette for busy morning and also late nights. It is a simple recipe to cook fast and also it is best combination with bread 🥪.
When I am busy in the morning goto work then I prefer the egg omelette, I my family love to egg omelette which I cooked because I am a expert in omelette recipe.
Morning have a special kind of magic. The quiet air, the soft light coming through the window, and the gentle hunger that reminds us it's time to start the day. On such mornings, we don't always crave elaborate meals. Sometimes, all we want is something simple, warm, quick and satisfying. That where the Indian style omelette finds its place.
For many of us, an Indian omelette is more than just food it's a feeling. It's the golden light of eggs combined with turmeric, the aroma of onions frying in oil, and the mild burn of green chilies. Numerous children memories, roadside stands, hostel breakfasts, and hurried home cooked meals have all included this dish.
The experience of eating and Indian style omelette, from preparation to the after taste, is what I want to share in this post, not simply the recipe.
Special in Indian omelette recipe:
Ingredients
- 2 Eggs
- 1 Onion
- 1 - 2 Green chillies
- 1/2 Teaspoon turmaric powder
- Salt to taste
- 1 -2 Teaspoons oil
- Coriander leaves (optional).
Preparation:
- In a bowl, crack the eggs.
- Add the green chilies and sliced onions
- Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder
- Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly bllended and just beginning to foam.
- Add oil to a pan that has been heated. Allow it to warm up properly.
- Gently spread the egg mixture after pouring it into the pan.
- Cook over medium heat until the bottom becomes light golden and settles.
- Carefully flip and cook for a few seconds on the other side.
- Take out of the pan and serve hot.
