When I am busy in the morning goto work then I prefer the egg omelette, I my family love to egg omelette which I cooked because I am a expert in omelette recipe.

Ingredients

  1.  2 Eggs
  2. 1 Onion
  3. 1 - 2 Green chillies
  4. 1/2 Teaspoon turmaric powder 
  5.  Salt to taste 
  6. 1 -2 Teaspoons oil
  7. Coriander leaves (optional).


Preparation:

  • In a bowl, crack the eggs.
  • Add the green chilies and sliced onions
  • Add salt, red chili powder and turmeric powder 
  • Mix thoroughly until all ingredients are evenly bllended and just beginning to foam.
  • Add oil to a pan that has been heated. Allow it to warm up properly.
  • Gently spread the egg mixture after pouring it into the pan.
  • Cook over medium heat until the bottom becomes light golden and settles.
  • Carefully flip and cook for a few seconds on the other side.
  • Take out of the pan and serve hot.
Avoiding overcooking is crucial. An excellent Indian omelette has slightly crisp outer layer and a soft center.

Serving Suggestion:

This omelette is incredibly adaptable. It doesnot require elaborate sides.
Generally it is served with:
Some like to roll it into sandwich style bread. Some people like to tear it with chapati. It tastes cozy regardless of how you consume it.
